Refunds, Returns & Breakages Policy
All Skullz offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within the 30 days from date of purchase.
Under Australian law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We are very reasonable and understanding people though so do feel free to get in touch if you have any problems or inquiries.
You can choose a refund or exchange under the following circumstances.
• When the item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• When the item is unsafe
• When the item is significantly different from the sample or description
• When the item doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility.
Please do not send us broken items. If your item/s arrive broken please email us a photo of the broken good/s within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit voucher.
Breakages and delays disclaimer
All Skullz will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our premises or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
